Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

From what time is the room available? Do I need to let the hotel know if I will arrive late?

Rooms are available from 4:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, it is advisable to inform the hotel in advance so reception is aware of your arrival.

Can I use the spa at Hotel RH Victoria?

Yes. The spa costs €10 per circuit and per person, lasts 1 hour, and can be booked through the website or directly at the hotel. The wellness area includes a heated hydromassage pool, massage room, sauna, Turkish bath, Scottish shower and an outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area during summer.

Are there access rules for the spa and gym?

Yes. The minimum age for the gym is 16. Children under 13 may access the spa from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm when accompanied by an adult, and guests aged 13 to 16 may use it at any time, also accompanied by adults. Sports shoes are required for the gym, while a swim cap and flip-flops are compulsory for the spa. If needed, this equipment can be purchased at the hotel.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

The usual restaurant hours are: breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. As these may vary depending on the season or hotel operations, it is best to confirm them at reception on arrival.

Are drinks included in the booking?

As a general rule, drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board stays. As an exception, in hotels and rates where this applies, house wine and water for guests over 60 are included. If the hotel offers an All Inclusive option, the included drinks will be specified in the conditions of that board basis.

Can I choose a room with a shower or a bath?

Hotel RH Victoria has rooms with showers and others with bath. You can indicate your preference when making the booking or mention it at reception, although it cannot be guaranteed 100%. In any case, the hotel will do everything possible to meet your request.

What should I know about the All Inclusive service at Hotel RH Victoria?

The hotel offers two All Inclusive options: Gold card and Silver card, identified on the drinks menu. Guests on this board basis receive a 70% discount on premium brands, with exclusions for selected whisky, brandy, rum, gin and vodka labels. The service is available from 10:00 am to midnight, and the card is personal and non-transferable, so it must be shown together with the corresponding wristband.

How can I book a parking space?

Parking can be added during the booking process on hotelesrh.com by entering your vehicle registration number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, a €20 cancellation fee applies. The vehicle must be collected before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Are electric scooters allowed inside or can they be charged at the hotel?

No. For safety reasons, electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked within the facilities. They are also not permitted in the outdoor areas of the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. The chain also states that it tries to have rooms ready earlier whenever possible.

Do children and babies need to be included in the booking?

Yes. All guests must be included in the booking, including babies and children. The hotel needs to know the number of occupants and their ages in advance, as not all rooms can accommodate a cot or extra bed. Are pets allowed at Hotel RH Victoria?

No. Pets are not allowed at RH hotels, except at Estudios Vinaròs Playa, which is the exception indicated by the chain. That property offers a pet kit and applies the specific conditions published for this service.
